Diving Spot in Sydney Australia? Victoria?

I am currently at Sydney and just new to the country, who knows the best diving spot to visit? I heard Victoria but which one? anyone who had an experience?

Sydney:

For the best diving: try Sea Life V through Prodive. Look for trips to Magic Point (Gray nurse sharks), Long Reef, or Old Man's Hat.
For shore diving: Look at Bare Island (Weedy Seadragons), Gordon's Bay, Shark Point, Shelley Beach.

At victoria,you can also visit the following dive spots and know about them:
