some newbie questions on diving for women

okay..so i am fairly new to this but i love diving. this question is i guess for women but maybe not

1. i have extremely sensitive skin and even chlorine in swimming pools can cause severe rashburns
any advice how or if it is necessary for me to use somthing underwater that would protect my skin.
