certifcation

i was certified in florida on 5/22/05 and have not yet recieved my dive card how long does it take and if i need to whom do i speak with to get a replacement card

You should have been personally handed your c-card at the end of your open water certification class. I am puzzled as to why you did not receive it. I would check back with the dive shop that certified you. However, this is the alternative. If you were certified by a PADI facility, you can call PADI at 1-800-729-7234 x2430. They will ask you for some basic information which should lead you to a replacement card plus a thirty dollar processing fee. Be sure to let them know your situation. They may waive the fee. But don't count on it. Like I stated previously, check back with the dive shop that certified you first.
