Has anyone else noticed the blatent money grab by the Quebec Federation of Divers?
You now have to obtain a permit to dive in the province of Quebec. There is no reason for this other than to get money out of divers! I am wondering why PADI Canada has not raised a concern over this unless they are getting a kickback. I am also wondering how they are going to police this, unless they plan to post someone at every pool, lake, river etc.
Does anyone else in Ontario or Quebec share my concern?
