What does it take to buy and maintain a divcenter?

I understand its quite a general question, but wonder if anyone has any experience on the topic? Does anyone know any international (brokerage) sites, or other forums that I could go to to get enlightend!??! I want to see what it takes to fulfill my dream. Thanks!
