Hi Thennage,
Have you considered South Africa ?
South Africa is a total holiday destination offering fantastic wreck, reef, shark and great white cage diving, plus amazing scenery, wildlife, fauna and flora.
I can give you alot more, let me know.

Hi there,
For a family dive vacation, I would recommend the Bay Islands of Honduras. Both Roatan and Utila islands are fantastic for family or singles vacations - the reef hugs the shore, so dives are close by and no need to travel far to get to sites. Other merrits are that it is one of the best places to see whale sharks (we snorkeled with one last week), it is excellent for learning to dive, because it is inexpensive and easy to do on the islands. We would love to help you book your vacation, so please visit us at http://www.tropicalrez.com

Might sound a bit "routine", but I've taken my family to Hawaii a couple of times a year for many years. Diving the Kona Coast is spectacular. Great reef dives, lava tubes, and great vis. Hualalai Water Sports has a fabulous dive boat that leaves from the Kona Village Resort beach daily. Most dive sites are within 15 minutes, and I've not seen another dive boat at our sites in 15 years of diving with them. Check out Ty's article on Kona diving in the most recent issue of Sport Diver. He dove with "Hualalai". They're great. (divesail.com). Even if you're not a diver, it's tough to beat Hawaiil!
