I will be travelling to Bulgaria's black sea coast this August. I have heard from people that the diving quality isn't really worth diving there. Is that true? I found a few dive centers online that state different opinions (of course!). Can anyone make recommendations about diving near Varna or further south? Thanx for any comment!
